"All (dances) require hard work and dedication and result in rewards that will last a lifetime"
~ Evann Duplantier (Mother of dancers)
Dance is a way to feel free, relaxed, accepted, praised and have fun while at school, which is a place some students don't feel or experience these things on a daily basis. All this occurs while learning a new activity that will help them in every aspect of life.

One thing I've learned as a student in any situation is that I learn more and gain more from an educational experience if the teacher is passionate and excited about their subject.

Miss Mindy's Goals
Help children discover a new form of expression
Help children discover something they can be good at
Help children something they can enjoy and be proud of
I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. In my 25 years of dancing there have been few things I have loved more. I don't hope to build prima - ballerinas or the next "So You Think You Can Dance" star. My only hope is to bring dance into lives of children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it and to teach them that dance can be fun and appreciated.
Thank You,
Miss Mindy
